Ticehurst Fete 2009 - Ticehurst Scouts Going As Star Trekkers!

On Saturday morning the scouts met at the hut to gather all the equipment they needed for their stall at the fete. the three ideas we had for fundraising were 1. the wheel of fortune 2. guess how many balloons are in a car and 3. a brick lift.

    After lunch we paraded through the village dressed as Star Trek and pushed our space crafts to the recreation grounds. The Beavers sat on the float with the Tardis and Enterprise while the cubs walked behind. We ran our small stall for a couple of hours to raise money for summer camp in Switzerland and then packed everything away before flying back to the scout hut.
