Text Box: Chief Scout Award Oval: Text Box: Congratulations to Hannah, Sophie and Callum for getting the chief scout gold award which is the highest award for scouts. When we got there we met the High Sheriff of East Sussex, the Mayor of Bexhill and other VIPs' and while we were waiting for the guests to arrive we talked about our challenge badges. Then we were presented our certificates by the sheriff while our memorable moment in scouting were read out and our photo taken . It was amazing how many people had achieved there gold award including 8 from Ashdown districts. Afterwards there was refreshments for all and time to chat to friends and family.
